DID YOU KNOW? Did you know that if you are found guilty of a second offense DUI within 10 years of your first DUI you are subject to enhanced penalties?
Previously, the “look-back” period for a DUI was 5 years - if you had a DUI within the preceding 5 years of your current DUI charge, you were subject to enhanced penalties. In April of this year, Governor Bevin signed SB 56 into law and this increased the “look-back” to 10 years.
